Welcome to Tarka EMS. We are a small dedicated team of volunteers, providing First aid cover and Training for events, organisations and individuals throughout the South West of England, covering South Gloucester, Bristol, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. We are Based in North Devon area, around the Tarka trail with vehicles based at Woolsery and Torrington. We follow all relevant legislation and legal guidance for events, as in the purple guide, produced by HSE for event organisers, as well as adopting any recommendations such as the Manchester Arena Inquiry and the associated Kerslake Report. Our Courses can be tailored to our clients individual needs but are always based on current HSE recommendations for syllabus content and follow current guidelines from Resuscitation Council UK, NICE and other national organisations such as British Burns Association.
